At ILM, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
